Product Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

1. This Returns Policy only applies on online purchases.

 

2. Divonu will refund (100%) of the purchase price of those products only if

• (i) the returned product is unopened (Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.), and
• (ii) it is returned within 7 days from the receiving the goods.
• (iii) Client is responsible for the cost of returning the product Return your parcel using any postal service to our return address provided below.  The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, we recommend you to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

 

3. Any other refunds or guarantees offered on a specific product pursuant to the published terms and conditions of the product sale. This refund section does not apply to any seasonal, discontinued, or similar special promotional products purchased

 

4. Should you wish to exchange/return your items please send email us explaining the reason for your exchange/return request and attached invoice /receipt .

5. All items will be inspected on return. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or is incomplete or after the required period, we will not be able to offer a refund as credit.
